Singapore List of Controlled Hazardous Substances under EMPA
The list of hazardous substances is made by the National Environment Agency based on the Environmental Protection and Control Act (EPMA), the Environmental Protection and Control Act (hazardous substances) and the Environmental Protection and Control Act (Ozone Depleting Substances). Hazardous substances controlled by NEA have mass-disaster potential, are highly toxic and pollutive, and/or generate toxic wastes that are difficult to dispose and they are included in Part I, Annex 2 of EPMA.
