China Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals Exported by China to Specific Countries (Regions)

In order to prevent precursor chemicals from flowing into specific countries (regions) for drug manufacturing and regulate the export of precursor chemicals, the Provisional Provisions on the Administration of Export of Precursor Chemicals to Specific Countries (Regions) have been formulated in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and administrative regulations. The Ministry of Commerce, together with the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Food and Drug Administration may adjust and publish the Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals Exported by China to Specific Countries (Regions). The state implements export licensing control for precursor chemicals listed in the Catalogue that are destined for specific countries (regions).
