China Inventory of Priority Controlled Substances
The Inventory of Priority Controlled Chemicals is jointly formulated and released in batches by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Health Commission. It focuses on identifying and monitoring chemicals with significant inherent hazardous properties, potential for long-term persistence in the environment, and a high likelihood of posing substantial risks to both environmental and human health. To date, three batches of the inventory have been published, covering a total of 63 types/categories of chemicals.
