Honduras List of Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs

Narcotic Drugs (Estupefacientes) and Psychotropic Substances (Sustancias Psicotrópicas), including opioids, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and synthetic drugs. The list incorporates substances listed in the schedules of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs and the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, as well as substances newly added by ARSA under domestic regulations. All activities involving the production, import, export, distribution, and use of these substances require a special permit from ARSA and are subject to regular inspections and audits.
