Vietnam—Regulations on the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Food Safety Law

These Detailed Rules set forth provisions for the specific implementation of certain articles of the Food Safety Law, including procedures for product self-declaration, procedures for the registration of published product declarations, food safety safeguards for genetically modified foods, the issuance of certificates of compliance with food safety requirements, and national food safety inspections for imports and exports. They apply to agencies, organizations, and individuals in Vietnam; foreign organizations and individuals engaged in food production and operations in Vietnam; and organizations and individuals engaged in food safety-related activities in Vietnam.
