Vietnam—Notice on the Issuance of National Technical Regulations for Building Materials Products and Goods

This Notice promulgates the national technical regulation *National Technical Regulation on Building Materials Products and Commodities* (QCVN 16:2023/BXD). This technical regulation specifies the technical characteristic limits and management requirements for the building materials products and commodities listed in Table 1, including products classified under Group 2 that are domestically produced, imported, traded, distributed in the market, and used in construction projects. It also clarifies the circumstances under which the regulation does not apply and applies to production, import, trading, and user entities; relevant testing and certification bodies; and national administrative authorities.
