Vietnam—National Technical Regulations for Building Materials and Products

This Technical Regulation specifies the technical characteristic limits and regulatory requirements for the building material products and commodities listed in Table 1, including products classified under Group 2 that are domestically produced, imported, distributed, or placed on the market, as well as those used in construction projects. It also clarifies the circumstances under which the Regulation does not apply. This Regulation applies to entities engaged in production, importation, distribution, and use; relevant testing and certification bodies; and national regulatory authorities.
