Vietnam—Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Violations in the Field of Chemicals and Industrial Explosives

This Decree comprehensively regulates administrative penalties for violations in the field of chemicals and industrial explosives, including administrative violations, forms of penalties, and fine standards; authority to impose administrative penalties; and authority to document administrative violations. It applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals who commit administrative violations in the field of chemicals and industrial explosives within the territory of Vietnam; to personnel authorized to document violations in the field of chemicals and industrial explosives; to personnel authorized to impose administrative penalties; and to other relevant organizations and individuals.
