Standards for the Storage and Landfilling of General Industrial Solid Waste Pollution Control

This standard specifies the environmental protection requirements for the site selection, construction, operation, closure, and land reclamation of general industrial solid waste storage and landfill sites, as well as for the alternative storage, landfill disposal, filling, and backfilling use of general industrial solid waste, including monitoring requirements and implementation and supervision. It is applicable to the pollution control and environmental management of new, reconstructed, or expanded general industrial solid waste storage and landfill sites during site selection, construction, operation, closure, and land reclamation, as well as to the pollution control and environmental management of existing general industrial solid waste storage and landfill sites during operation, closure, and land reclamation, and to the pollution control and environmental management of the alternative storage, landfill disposal, filling, and backfilling use of general industrial solid waste.
