This amendment revises the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemistry Industry (GB 31571-2015), such as the revision of tables 4 and 5, clause 5.1.5, clauses 5.2.4 and 5.2.5. It is applicable to the management of water and atmospheric pollutants emissions for existing petroleum chemistry industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion environmental protection acceptance, and the management of water and atmospheric pollutants emissions after commissioning for petroleum chemistry industrial construction projects.
