The first batch of 106 priority existing chemical substances in Taiwan ((hereinafter referred to as the List) is listed in the Annex 9 of the Registration Measures for New Chemical Substances and Existing Chemical Substances Data,which includes 106 chemical substances.The manufacturer or importer shall do the registration for the substance with tonnage more than 1t/y based on the annual production or import quantity .
