Russian Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances (DRAFT)

Russian Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances (DRAFT) is the basis for the implementation of TR EAEU 041/2017(Eurasia REACH) Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)(Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia). Once Eurasia REACH is implemented, substances not in the List are classified as new substances that shall complete new substances notification before they are introduced to EAEU market. This list is published on the State Information System of Industry (GISP) by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Currently, there is a total of 80,000 substances in the List.
