On March 2, 2026, the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) released an important regulatory proposal to implement mandatory classification and labeling management for the industrial fluorinated compound EEA-NH4 (ammonium fluorinated salt). This substance belongs to the PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) family and is widely used in plastic product manufacturing.
