According to Article 42 of the revised CLP Regulation, from July 1, 2026, the names of notifiers who have submitted classification and labeling notifications to ECHA will be made public in the C&L Inventory. For group notifications, the name of the submitting representative will be displayed. For classification information derived from REACH registrations, the registrant's name will be published.

Companies may apply for confidentiality of the notifier's name if they can demonstrate that its disclosure would harm their own commercial interests or those of any other relevant party. The justification for confidentiality must be included in the IUCLID dossier submission.

Currently, there are less than 20 days until ECHA discloses this information! Companies needing to apply for confidentiality should immediately initiate the application process. Confidentiality applications must be submitted before June 30, 2026.
