Under Section 83 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019, the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals(AIIC) officially added two industrial chemicals that have passed safety assessments on July 10, 2025. This update, implemented after the issuance of assessment certificates, is aimed at regulating the safe use of these chemicals in consumer products.

These chemicals listed in the inventory have undergone rigorous assessments by the Australian Industrial Chemicals Safety Authority (AICIS). According to the requirements of the Act, enterprises must strictly comply with approved concentration limits and usage scopes to ensure safety in applications such as daily chemical products, home care, and air fresheners.
