On February 10, 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) initiated a 60-day public consultation on the harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) proposal for the chemical substance napropamide.

The CLH process is designed to ensure consistency and transparency of hazard information for chemicals across Europe. It involves assessing the hazards of chemical substances, proposing appropriate classifications and labelling, collecting public comments, and conducting a final review and recommendation by ECHA's Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC).
